Great Result at Christmas sale

Costello Rural report having a very successful Store Cattle Sale in Corryong. Being the first time the cattle for auction were pre weighed and the reports from buyers and sellers was most rewarding.

Costello Rural could like to express their thanks to the shire for ensuring the scales were in operation for their annual fixture.

The condition and quality of the yarding was very good considering the very dry winter and extremely dry spring.

Credit must go to the vendors who presented their stock in very sound condition.

Buyers from Moree, Wagga, Bombala, Lockington, Wangaratta, Wodonga and local grazing and fattening  areas bidded freely for 920 local store cattle.
